Running Middle Miles Series

Running Middle Miles is a personal video series that follows my 2025 training, challenges, and trail adventures as an everyday mid-pack ultrarunner balancing work, family, and ultrarunning goals. These aren’t highlight reels — they’re honest snapshots of the grind, the growth, and the small wins.


I’m not an elite. I’m not here to coach.
I’m here to show up — muddy, tired, joyful — and maybe help someone else believe they can show up too. 


Because the middle is where most of us run.
